1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions are intended to set forth the rights and responsibilities of the Company and the user in using the website (VIVIDSHOT https://vividshot.io) operated by Chameleon Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The purpose is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user in using the website.

2. Definitions of Terms

(1) The definitions of the terms used in this Agreement are as follows.

  1. Website: refers to a virtual business site established by the Company to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") to users in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and to trade Goods, etc. using information and communication facilities and information and communication networks.
  2. User: refers to members and non-members who access the Site and receive the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  3. Member: Refers to a user who has registered on the Site by agreeing to the Terms.
  4. ID: refers to the email registered by the Member to identify the Member and use the Service.
  5. Service: refers to the services provided by the Company to Members through the Site.

(2) Terms not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be defined in individual terms and conditions or related laws and regulations, and otherwise shall be governed by general commercial practices.

3. Clarification and Amendment of Terms

(1) The Company shall post these Terms on the service screen of the Site for users to know. However, the Company may set the terms and conditions of use for individual services provided separately for each individual service and obtain the consent of the member. In this case, the terms and conditions for individual services shall prevail over these Terms, and the specific contents of the Terms shall be made available to users through the connection screen.

(2) The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Content Industry Promotion Act, the Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the Act on Regulation of Similar Receiving Acts.

(3) If the Company revises these Terms, it shall specify the date of application and the reason for the revision and notify it on the initial screen of the site together with the current Terms at least 7 days before the date of application. However, if the contents of the Terms are changed to the disadvantage of the user, it will be notified at least 15 days before the effective date.

(4) If a member continues to use the Company's services after the effective date announced pursuant to Paragraph (3), he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. Members who do not agree to the revised Terms may freely terminate the Service Use Agreement at any time. If a member who uses a paid service does not agree to the revised terms and conditions and terminates the service, the refund policy set by the Company shall apply.

(5) Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Electronic Transaction Consumer Protection Guidelines and related laws and regulations established by the government or general business practices.

4. Provision and Modification of Services
