[1. General Provision]

1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities and other necessary matters between the Company and the Member in connection with the use of the "Paid Service" among the VIVIDSHOT https://vividshot.io (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operated by Chameleon Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and all services incidental to the Site.

2. Definitions

The definitions of the terms used in this Agreement are as follows.

  1. "Paid service" means all services accompanying the use of the content provided by the Company for a fee.
  2. "Content" means materials or information such as codes, characters, shapes, colors, voices, sounds, images, and videos (including a combination thereof) that have been created or processed in digital form.
  3. "Payment" means the act of paying the Company by selecting the desired payment method among the specific payment methods fixed by the Company for the purchase of the Paid Service.
  4. "Payment Cancellation" means that the Member withdraws the payment behavior according to certain procedures after the payment is made.
  5. "Purchase" means the act of acquiring the right to use the paid service through payment by the member.
  6. "Cancellation of purchase" refers to the withdrawal of the purchase of a paid service by a member.

Other terms other than the above shall be in accordance with VIVIDSHOT's Terms of Service and Operating Policy, relevant laws and regulations, and general correlative practices.

3. Specification, Effect, Change, and Interpretation of Terms

  1. Specification, Effect, Change of Terms and 4. Interpretation of Terms of VIVIDSHOT's Terms of Use shall apply to these Paid Service Terms of Use.

4. Notification to Members

Article 9 (Notification to Members) of the VIVIDSHOT Terms of Use applies to these Paid Service Terms of Use.
